Dietary Modifications: Don’t Feed the Bugs Diet!
These dietary modifications are the essential and most effective dietary modifications for month to month progress. Without them, progress is extremely limited.
When the bugs are fed, they become more motile (excited). When the bugs get excited, the immune system gets excited.
When we prevent the bugs from getting excited, the immune system calms down and we make faster progress.
In regard to dietary modifications, it is an all or nothing approach; impeccable approach. If we eat one thing that feeds bugs, immune reactions and symptoms persist. When we are impeccable, we make headway. This includes abstaining from certain supplements that feed bugs.
- 1 month supply at max dosage.
- SPIRO-CLEAR I – 3 bottles
- INTRA-CELL I – 3 bottles
- 20 to 100 Servings per container.
- Each bottle contains 100 grams.
- Each level scoop equates to 1 gram.
- Find your optimal dosage. Begin with 1 level scoop once per day, then twice per day, then increase to 2 level scoops once per day, then twice per day. After a week, increase to 3 scoops twice per day.
- If your optimal dosage is 1 level scoop twice per day for a month, then honor that. If it is two then honor that.
- Each bottle can last 10-50 days depending on your dosage.
- 5 level scoops is the maximum dosage of each product.
- Begin slow, follow instructions and find your optimal dosage.
- Drink as a medicinal tea at least twice per day.
- Begin with 1 level scoop. Add a a shot of hot water and a touch of stevia for flavor.
- Do not exceed 5 level scoops at a time.
- Do not exceed 10 level scoops of each product for the whole day.
- Take on an empty stomach or with food.
- Take separately an hour away from each other.
- Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
