- Take after you have reached a full dose of Spiro-Clear I for 5 days.
- Begin with 1 capsule on day 1. Increase to 1 capsule twice per day as tolerated.
- Gradually increase as tolerated to 4-5 capsules twice per day. Drink with warm water.
- Consider taking with Intra-Cell formulas. Also consider taking with PROTECT and IMMUNI-QI when indicated.
- Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Individuals taking medication should discuss potential interactions with their healthcare practitioner. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.
